BENEFITS
Meant to be placed inside shoes for following purposes:
Fitting in shoes; helps in filling gaps

USE
Gel texture provides extra support to feet. The gel is slightly thicker than the foam cushions so it can be used for bigger gaps.

INSTRUCTIONS
After Positioning carefully, remove backing paper and press the adhesive side firmly into place on a dry surface.
